Before you open the campaign builder
Two things separate a campaign that sounds like you from one that sounds like everyone else, and both come before any contacts are added.
The first is context: your positioning, the product, the proof you can stand behind, and the objections you hear most. The second is infrastructure. Sellora runs outreach through your own mailboxes and your own number, so connect those before you start.
Build the audience
Define the ideal customer in plain terms: industry, size, role and market. From there you can import a list you already have, sync it from your CRM, or have Sellora find new contacts that match.
Keep the first audience small. A few hundred well chosen contacts teach you more than a few thousand loose ones, and they are easier to learn from.
Write the sequence
Decide the shape of the outreach: which steps are email, which are calls, and the order they run in. For each contact, Sellora drafts the messages from the context you gave it and the research it ran.
Read the draft as if you were the person receiving it. When it reads the way you would want to be approached, approve it. Nothing sends before you do.
Go live, and watch the interested list
Once it is live, Sellora works the sequence in each contact's local calling window and files the results as it goes. Your job shifts from doing the outreach to handling the people who put their hand up.
Those land on one list: the prospects who said they want to go further, each with a short brief. That is the afternoon paying off.
