Sellora AI is a simulated SaaS project I created to build and demonstrate practical customer success workflows — from onboarding and engagement to retention and feedback loops.This hands-on build helped me:• Practice data-driven decision making (churn risk, user segmentation, NPS-like feedback)• Build realistic customer journeys and engagement flows• Apply CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach automation (Apollo, Instantly.ai)• Create onboarding simulations and adoption plansThis project reflects my passion for the CSM craft and my readiness to bring that mindset to a team.
